An official letter of state to the president of Bolivia introducing Don Marcario Pinilla as his Royal Majesty’s Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary. Signed at the conclusion by Alfonso and countersigned by his minister of foreign affairs. Intersecting folds, punch holes to left edge, and some scattered light edge wear, otherwise fine condition.
