Glossy 7.75 x 10 portrait of Metcalfe in his office, signed and inscribed in black felt tip “Best Wishes to Jim Wiggins, Sincerely, Ralph H. Metcalfe. 1st District Illinois, Aug. 21, 1972.” A couple of light bends, lightly trimmed edges, show-through at the top right corner from an area of mounting residue on the reverse, and the ink somewhat faded, otherwise fine condition.
