Vintage glossy 8 x 10 photo, signed and inscribed in blue ballpoint "To Jimmy Wiggins, who by his interesting and unusually neat and well composed letters has impressed me as an outstanding boy, Johnny McGovern, U. of Minn" adding "All American R.B. 1909," in blue ink after his signature. In very good condition, with a central horizontal bend affecting first name of signature, binder dings to right edge, some light rippling to emulsion, and signature and inscription a few shades light, but still legible.
