An agreement wherein Moore agrees to sell a parcel of land in Ossing, New York, to the Hudson River Railroad Company, which plans to build a route through the property, for $600. Intersecting folds (one through his name), mild to moderate paper separation along several folds, chipping, and old tape repair along the horizontal fold, otherwise good to very good condition.
