Two items: souvenir currency issued in honor of Gordon Cooper's Mercury flight and his return to Oklahoma, each 7.75 x 3.25. One item. bears his drawn likeness, the date June 29, 1963, and the image of the Earth on the front with "22" orbits circling it. Signed in ballpoint, “From my collection, Gordon Cooper.” The second, unsigned example carries a similar design with the reverse reading, in part, "From Redman to Spaceman" and an uncanny likeness between a tepee and a space capsule.
