Johnson, as governor of Tennessee, grants four acres of land to Leonard Burnett, signed at the bottom by Johnson and countersigned by his secretary. In very good condition, with intersecting folds, one through a single letter of signature, with a few small separations along folds, scattered toning, lightly affecting last name of signature, and light mirroring of text.
