ANS signed “Edison,” one page, lightly-lined, 5 x 8, no date. A memo to one of his employees named Ehrich. In full: “Until I return from Fla. accept the standard & reject the blurred industrial mold. But run it down & see what causes it—Did you change the reproducers in the tests—oversize diamond point may be trouble.” Suede matted and framed with an original unsigned glossy 8 x 10 photo of Edison and a small name plaque, to an overall size of 20.5 x 17. In very good condition, with even overall toning, chips to top edge, first letter of Edison’s signature overlapping a word of text, as well as a paperclip impression. A fine example with underlying association to one of his greatest inventions, the phonograph. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
