This 24-hour LeCoultre stainless steel military wristwatch has a lifetime main spring, a black 24 -hour face, a second sweep hand, and is also waterproof, anti-magnetic, and shockproof. Watch has a black alligator Omega watch band. This watch was Grissom’s ‘dress’ watch and was worn for special occasions. Accompanied by a notarized affidavit from Grissom’s son Mark, attesting to the watch, and also stating “Since NASA confiscated the watch my father was wearing on the day of the fire, this watch represents one of the only watches privately owned by Gus Grissom during his lifetime.
