Flown checklist page from the Apollo-Soyuz mission. This particular two-sided checklist page is in a cue card format with the original small Velcro patches still affixed. The page measures 6 x 8. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Bobbie Slayton, widow of astronaut Deke Slayton, that reads in part: “This is to certify that the accompanying mission-used cue card entitled UVA 500 M O/P (G&N/NO EMP) was indeed flown in space for over 9 days July 15-25, 1975 with the crew of Apollo 18 during the historic Apollo Soyuz Test Project (ASTP). It was used by my late husband, Donald ‘Deke’ Slayton (ASTP Docking Module Pilot, and original Mercury 7 astronaut) during this mission—the last official mission of the Apollo program and the first international docking in space…This cue card was part of Deke’s personal space collection.” In fine condition.
