A printed Apollo 15 final Flight Plan, “AS-510/CSM-112/LM-10,” dated four times, with the last being September 23, 1969, measuring 8 x 10.5, bound by a staple to the left edge, and providing a minute-by-minute time frame for the entire mission, including all three moon walks. First page is a copy of the flight plan submission bearing copies of signatures of Spencer Gardner, John W. O’Neill, James Bilideau, Deke Slayton, James McDivitt, and Sigurd Sjoberg.
