DS, two pages, 8.5 x 11, April 7, 1947. Agreement between Lubitsch and A. S. Lyons, Inc in which Lubitsch authorizes the company “to represent me exclusively in all negotiations with reference to a photoplay to be produced and presently entitled ‘The Lubitsch Touch.’ I agree to pay you ten percent of all monies or other compensation received by me arising out of salaries or profits from said picture.” Signed on the second page by Lubitsch. In very good condition, with scattered toning and soiling, light creases, rusty staple to top left corner, and paper loss to top of signed page. Research indicates this film was never made, as the director made one more film, The Lady In Ermine, released posthumously in 1948. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
