TLS signed as Chief Justice “Melville W. Fuller,” one page, 5 x 8, April 2, 1902. Fuller writes Dwight Roberts of Johnston, Pennsylvania. In full: “I should of course like to possess a photograph of the second inauguration of President Lincoln, but I really do not think I ought to accept it as a present.” In very good condition, with intersecting folds, light soiling, and moderate uniform toning.
