FDC honoring the inauguration of President Jimmy Carter, signed in blue ballpoint, “J. Carter” and “Billy Carter.” In fine condition. Accompanied by a photocopy of a 1988 letter from Billy Carter’s wife noting that when her husband was signing the envelope for a collector, President Carter visited and also signed.
