Cooke, Dave MacMillan, Dick Smith, Butch Larson (cut from another page and affixed), Francis Lund, Bernie Bierman, George Hauser, George Rennix, Bud Svenson, Frank Dallera, Arthur Clarkson, and Bud Wilkinson.
