In very good condition, with a uniform shade of toning and some mild creasing to signed page (primarily the upper right quadrant), reinforcement to front and back hinges, separations along spine repaired from the outside with medical tape, some other light creases and separations to spine, and scattered light wear to covers and edges. Despite the books flaws, Disney’s signature is much larger than normal: over 7” long and 4” high! Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
