Description

Orson Welles

TLS signed “Orson” adding a drawing of a heart, one page, 6.25 x 8.25, no date. Welles writes his friend, columnist Leonard Lyons. “You are going to think I am high-hatting you, but about the hour I figure you will be rising, I will be at a meeting with the President of Italian television, so would you please be good enough to leave word with the porter of your hotel answering these questions—Do you and Sylvia want to come out to the country tonight or tomorrow?…Where are you going to be right after lunch so that I can reach you by phone?” In fine condition, with faint handling wear and a bit of toning at the bottom right corner. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
