In part: “I am sending you the…portrait of Mr. Chamberlain from ‘Punch.’ Will you kindly accept it with my best wishes?” In fine condition, with central horizontal and vertical fold, one through a single letter of signature, missing top left corner tip, and a trivial spot of toning.
