Gallagher “Third Auditor of the Treasury of the United States.” Signed at the conclusion by Fillmore and countersigned by Secretary of State Daniel Webster. Archivally double matted and framed with a portrait of Fillmore and a name plaque to an overall size of 27.5 x 16. Intersecting folds, a uniform shade of light toning, some light creases and wrinkles, and a small hole near right edge, otherwise fine condition. The white seal is lightly toned and intact, and both signatures are bold and crisp. Oversized. Pre-certified John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA.
