In part: “Mr. Randolph is extremely desirous that Mr. Gales…as quickly as possible write out his speech that it may go to press.” In very good condition, with intersecting folds, light toning and soiling, a pencil notation, and two printed descriptions, one from an old catalog, affixed at the bottom of the page and easily matted out.
