The Hughes Court sit for Harris & Ewing in the midst of striking down FDR’s New Deal legislation

Vintage sepia matte-finish 11.25 x 15 Harris & Ewing photo of the Hughes Court, circa 1932–37, signed in fountain pen in the lower margin by all nine justices: Charles E. Hughes, Louis Brandeis, J. C. McReynolds, George Sutherland, Harlan Stone, Benjamin Cardozo, Willis VanDevanter, Pierce Butler, and Owen J. Roberts. In very good to fine condition, with circular area of discoloration touching three justices, mounting remnant along the top edge (could be matted out), and affixed to a slightly larger piece of cardstock. Pre-certified John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
