Del Shannon

American musician (1934–1990) who first shot to fame with his number-one hit “Runaway” in 1961. His death by suicide was widely believed to have been related to use of the prescription drug Prozac. Four items: two signed albums, Drop Down and Get Me, signed on the front cover in black ballpoint, and Collector’s Records of the 50s and 60s, signed on the front cover in silver ink; and two felt tip signatures on individual off-white 4.5 x 3 lightly-lined slips, adding an inscription to one. In fine overall condition. Pre-certified Roger Epperson/REAL and RRAuction COA.
