In very fine condition. Collector’s label on reverse notes “Signed in person [at a collector’s convention in Burbank, CA] for Congressman Rogan by astronauts Conrad, Gordon and Bean, June 27, 1999.” This item was signed only eleven days before Conrad died in an unfortunate motorcycle accident on July 8, 1999.
