Handwritten endorsement, signed as Pope, “Leo PP XII,” at the conclusion of a two-page untranslated manuscript document. The Holy Father pens three lines at the conclusion, signing at the end. Cloth matted and framed with a portrait of Leo, to an overall size of 21.75 x 22.25. In fine condition, with intersecting folds, and some scattered light toning and wrinkling. Oversized.
