Pierce orders the Secretary of State to affix the seal of the United States to “the pardon granted to Albert Mortimer.” Document is archivally sleeved in acid-free Mylar. In fine condition, with a couple horizontal folds through tops of several letters of signature, mild uniform toning, a bit heavier in folds, and a couple wrinkles.
