President Jackson orders the Secretary of State “to affix the seal of the United States for an Instrument of writing which remits to John Hultshart and James Matthews certain fines and costs imposed upon them.” Boldly signed at the conclusion by Jackson. Document is archivally sleeved in acid-free Mylar. Intersecting folds, a couple lightly affecting signature, and some light toning, mainly along central vertical fold, otherwise fine condition.
