A land grant issued to Samuel C. Seely for a 443 acre tract of land called “Deer Flat.” Signed in the upper left in black ink by Mifflin. In very good condition, with intersecting folds, scattered toning, small hole to left edge, and some light wrinkling slightly affecting signature. The embossed paper seal is toned, but intact.
