Vintage matte-finish 9.75 x 13 head-and-shoulders Bachrach portrait, signed and inscribed in fountain pen, “To James T. Murray, With Kind Regards of Herbert Hoover.” In very good condition, with light soiling along the edges, small toned area to lower left corner, and scattered creases to borders, one of which impinges upon the image from the left.
