One year athlete-manager agreement between Latzo and Johnston with Latzo receiving 66 2/3% of all money, and Johnston agreeing “to use his best efforts to secure remunerative boxing contests, exhibitions, and vaudeville performances for the athlete.” Signed at the conclusion in black ink by both parties. In very good condition, with even overall toning, several partial fold separations and edge tears, including one to the notary seal, and scattered light soiling.
