Early vintage matte-finish 11 x 14 photo, signed and inscribed in black ink “To Lucy, affectionately, ‘Gretch.’” In very good condition, with scattered irregular spotting to image, light corner and edge creases, and some scattered light silvering to darker areas of image. Young was billed as "Gretchen Young" in the 1917 film, Sirens of the Sea. It wasn't until 1928 that she was first billed as Loretta Young in The Whip Woman. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
