Mailing envelope, 6.5 x 3.5, postmarked from Berlin on August 11, 1936, addressed in the hand of Ralph Metcalfe, Owens’s teammate, to a doctor in Wisconsin, with a return address for R. A. Metcalfe in the Berlin Olympic village, signed on the reverse of the envelope in fountain pen by Owens. In fine condition, with a small spot to reverse of envelope.
