Very early vintage 3.25 x 5.5 postcard photo of a young Churchill at the beginning of his political career, signed in the lower border in fountain pen, “Winston S. Churchill.” Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from James Spence. A bit of scattered silvering, surface impression from a May 6, 1905, postal cancellation on reverse, and a few small creases, otherwise fine condition.
