Description

“Vivien Olivier” writes while rehearsing for Tovarich

TLS signed “Vivien Olivier,” one page, 5.25 x 6.5, The Barclay letterhead, January 25, 1963. Short letter of thanks to author and actor Roy Moseley while rehearsing for Tovarich. In full: “How very sweet of you to think of me on Monday. Thank you so much. The show went extremely well, but there is still plenty of work to be done. I hope all goes happily for you. I miss London and everyone so much.” In fine condition. A rare variation of Leigh’s signature as she seldom used her married name in correspondence. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
