President Pierce appoints James Sands “Collector of the Customs for the District and Inspector of the Revenue for the Port of Annapolis, in the State of Maryland.” Neatly signed at the conclusion by Pierce. Triple suede matted and framed to an overall size of 23.5 x 19.5. In fine condition, with intersecting folds, with a couple small separations along bisecting vertical fold, and a light overall shade of toning.
