Document sent to the Governor of Georgia transmitting a copy of the Acts of Congress passed during the second session of the 20th Congress. A postscript written in another hand at the bottom reads, “In addition to the above mentioned acts of Congress, the same agent is charged with 3 copies of Gordon’s Digest of the laws of the U.
