Vintage matte-finish 8 x 10 profile portrait, removably presented in its original 9.75 x 13.5 photographer’s mat, signed and inscribed in fountain pen on the mat, “For my old friend Walter W. L. Meyer, with my regards, Franklin D. Roosevelt.” In fine condition, with a touch of trivial silvering, a couple small surface dings, including one to forehead, and a few corner tip dings.
