Doolittle.” Typescript is a copy of the Declaration of War on Japan, and begins: “Whereas the Imperial Government of Japan has committed unprovoked acts of war against the Government and the people of the United States of America”; and a glossy 8 x 10 photo of Doolittle in his flight gear, signed in blue ballpoint.
