Heath,” one page, 8 x 12.75, August 19, 1811. State of Massachusetts probate document appointing a guardian to attend to the affairs of two minors. Signed at the conclusion in black ink by Heath. In very good condition, with scattered light toning and foxing, a couple small separations along horizontal folds, small burn hole to top left, rough right edge, and thin mounting strip along right edge of reverse.
