In very good condition, with light overall toning to pages, with a heavier square to center of signed page (over half of the signature) from bookplate affixed to inside front cover, partial separation to front and back hinges, library number notation to the lightly sunned spine, library residue to inside back cover, and some light wear and spotting to covers.
