In part: “We should have you here with us but Mrs. Hassam’ sister Mrs. Cotton is with us…If she goes before you come to N.Y. you must stay with us, so come up here when you come out. I have had the ‘Grupps’ like a million devils.” Pencil notation to bottom of second page, and moderate toning and foxing to first page, otherwise fine condition.
