Indenture document for the sale of a 221-acre property in the county of Chester, Pennsylvania, previously owned by the now deceased Reese Meredith. Signed at the conclusion by Clymer, his wife Elizabeth, and the other parties involved in the transaction. In very good condition, with moderate intersecting storage folds, scattered toning and soiling, and light overall rippling. The red wax seals next to each signature are crisp and mostly all intact.
