Steele, commander of the USS Seadragon regarding an upcoming get-together. Accompanied by a photocopy of a 1994 TLS from Steele to a collector, forwarding the letter. A few light creases, crossed out formal greeting (by Rickover presumably), and rusty paperclip marks under signature, otherwise fine condition. RRAuction COA.
