Collins,” on an off-white 3.75 x 1 slip clipped from a check. Laser disc, signed in-person on the front has been taped over to a 5 x 3 off-white card. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from James Spence. In fine condition, with vertical fold through one letter of signature, and aforementioned tape.
