Typed memorandum, signed “FDR,” one page, 8 x 10.5, State of New York letterhead, dated May 31, 1932. Memo for Arnold Koch reads, in part: “I find the enclosed among some papers on my return from Warm Springs. Will you have it duly filled out…Miss LeHand can get it some time when she is in New York and put it in the Safe Deposit Box.” In fine condition, with punch holes to left side, and a uniform shade of toning. An uncommon FDR format mentioning his long-time mistress. Pre-certified John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
