Original hand-inked nine-panel Beetle Bailey Sunday comic strip, with pasted-on title, dated December 25, 1966, on an off-white 21.5 x 15.5 sheet of artist’s cardstock. Strip shows Beetle trying to help Sarge, dressed as Santa Claus, perfect his laugh. Things don’t work out so well for Beetle as he is seen hanging from the Christmas tree in the last panel. Signed in black ink at the bottom of the seventh panel. In fine condition, with some scattered light toning, mainly to borders, and several small adhesive remnants. RRAuction COA.
