S. Legaré as secretary of state. Cloth matted and framed with portraits of Tyler and Legaré, to an overall size of 35 x 24.5. Intersecting folds (horizontal fold through signature; short separations and pinholes elsewhere), light wrinkling, partial separation along bisecting horizontal fold, and faint offsetting from seals, otherwise fine, bright condition.
