Partly-printed DS, signed “Tho. M:Kean,” one page front and back, 7.25 x 12, January 5, 1783. Plea of Partition declaring damages in a particular case to “exceed the value of four hundred bushels of wheat.” Three lightly toned horizontal folds (with repaired edge separations), a few erased pencil notations, and splitting along the integral second page professionally inlaid to a slightly larger sheet.
