Agreement for the termination of an employee of Corn & Blood, Inc., Jeff Glixman, including the purchase of company stock, royalties in relation to Kansas’ summer concert tour and upcoming Two for the Show album, and Glixman’s production of Paul Stanley’s solo album. Signed in ink at the conclusion by band members Phil Ehart, Dave Hope, Kerry Livgren, Rich Williams, Steve Walsh, and Robert Steinhardt and countersigned by Jeff Glixman.
