Agreement between the New York Yankees Inc. and Gowdy exercising Gowdy’s option to be the “Assistant Announcer or Principle Announcer of radio broadcasts for the 1950 season, relating to both baseball and to football.” Gowdy will receive $13,000 for the baseball broadcasts, and $2,000 for football. Signed near the top by Weiss and at the bottom by Gowdy. In fine condition, with punch and staple holes to top, a uniform shade of toning, and a few stray ink marks and notations.
