Self-contained partial partly-printed DS (the closing section of a larger document) on a somewhat irregularly trimmed 7.5 x 2.75 vellum slip, boldly signed as president, July 3, 1832. Several heavy vertical folds through signature, pin holes to upper left corner, and a touch of scattered soiling and wrinkling, otherwise condition is very good.
