Military promotion signed by Bolivar and de Sucre

Partly-printed DS, in Spanish, one page, 24.5 x 17.25, January 22, 1826. Peruvian military promotion. In part: “In recognition of the meritorious services of Col. of Infantry José Maria Plaza I have decided to promote him to Brigadier General of the Armies of the Republic of Peru.” Signed at the conclusion by Simon Bolivar, and endorsed “Let this be done,” by Antonio de Sucre as General Commander in Chief. Intersecting storage folds, lightly affecting both signatures, scattered toning, soiling and damp staining, and some scattered light wrinkling, and a couple pinhole separations at junction of folds, otherwise very good condition. Pre-certified John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
